Respect the Art & Tech: Many installations are interactive. Please follow the instructions provided by makers at each exhibit. Do not force, climb on, or damage kinetic or electronic displays.

Child Supervision: We are a family-friendly event. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially around moving parts and electronic installations.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We are committed to a welcoming environment for all. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds.

Leave No Trace: As an event focused on sustainability, we require all attendees to use the designated recycling, composting, and trash bins.

2. Exhibitor & Maker Guidelines

Safety First: All electronic and kinetic installations must pass a basic safety check prior to the event opening. No exposed high-voltage wiring or unsecured heavy moving parts are permitted.

Sustainable Materials: Makers are highly encouraged to use upcycled, recycled, and sustainably sourced materials, in keeping with the festival's theme.

Setup/Teardown: Exhibitors must strictly adhere to the designated load-in and load-out times to ensure the safety of pedestrians in the community square. Read More
