The triBBBal Intern Competition is a competitive platform engagement challenge designed to encourage interns to actively participate, discover valuable content, support the community, and contribute to the growth of triBBBal.

Throughout the internship, participants will be expected to source interesting, educational, entertaining, creative, and culturally relevant content from across the internet and share those discoveries on Competition Overview

The triBBBal Intern Competition is a competitive platform engagement challenge designed to encourage interns to actively participate, discover valuable content, support the community, and contribute to the growth of triBBBal.

Throughout the internship, participants will be expected to source interesting, educational, entertaining, creative, and culturally relevant content from across the internet and share those discoveries on the triBBBal platform.

Interns will also be expected to engage with other members, participate in conversations, invite new users, explore different platform features, and consistently contribute meaningful activity throughout the competition.

At the end of the internship, the triBBBal team will review each participant’s complete profile, platform activity, content quality, engagement, referrals, and total tokens earned before selecting the winner.

## Competition Objective

The competition is designed to identify the intern who makes the strongest overall contribution to the triBBBal community.

The goal is not simply to post the most content. The goal is to:

* Discover great content
* Share meaningful content
* Create valuable conversations
* Support other members
* Invite new users
* Increase platform activity
* Demonstrate creativity and consistency
* Understand and use the triBBBal platform effectively

## Grand Prize

The most outstanding intern will receive:

# ₦300,000 Nigerian Naira

The prize will be awarded at the end of the internship after all profiles, activities, tokens, and contributions have been reviewed.

## Competition Duration

The competition will run throughout the official internship period.

All eligible activity completed during the internship will be considered during the final evaluation.

## Who Can Participate

The competition is open to officially registered triBBBal interns who:

* Have an active triBBBal account
* Maintain a complete and professional profile
* Follow the internship program rules
* Participate consistently throughout the internship
* Complete assigned platform activities
* Follow all content and community guidelines

# Competition Rules

## 1. Post Quality Content

Interns are expected to publish content that is valuable, interesting, informative, creative, entertaining, inspiring, or culturally relevant.

Content may include discoveries from other platforms, provided the intern presents the content responsibly and adds value through a caption, explanation, question, reaction, or original perspective.

Simply reposting content without context, effort, or purpose may receive little or no credit.

## 2. Credit Original Sources

When sharing content created by another person, company, publication, artist, or platform, interns must properly identify or credit the original source whenever possible.

Interns must not present another person’s work as their own.

Copyrighted content, stolen content, misinformation, or unauthorized material may be removed and may negatively affect the participant’s score.

## 3. Add Meaningful Context

Each shared post should include a thoughtful caption or explanation.

Interns should explain:

* Why the content is important
* What they found interesting
* What the community can learn from it
* Why other members should watch, read, or discuss it
* How the content relates to the triBBBal community

## 4. Participate Consistently

Interns should remain active throughout the entire competition.

Posting a large amount of content during a short period and then becoming inactive will not be viewed as stronger than consistent participation over time.

Consistency, improvement, and long-term engagement will be considered during the final review.

## 5. Engage With Other Members

Interns are expected to participate in the broader triBBBal community.

This includes:

* Liking quality posts
* Leaving meaningful comments
* Sharing relevant posts
* Responding to comments
* Supporting fellow interns
* Encouraging new members
* Participating in discussions

Generic, repetitive, copied, or spam comments may not receive credit.

## 6. Invite New Members

Interns may earn recognition by inviting new members to join triBBBal.

Invitations will be evaluated based on both quantity and quality.

Greater consideration may be given when invited members:

* Complete their profiles
* Begin posting
* Comment or engage
* Participate in the community
* Remain active on the platform

Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, inactive accounts created only for the competition, or misleading invitations are prohibited.

## 7. Explore the Platform

Interns are encouraged to use multiple triBBBal features and modules.

Eligible activity may include:

* Creating posts
* Sharing content
* Writing blogs
* Commenting
* Liking posts
* Creating movie-related content
* Creating events
* Participating in discussions
* Using additional platform features assigned during the internship

## 8. Follow Instructions

Interns must carefully follow all competition instructions, internship assignments, deadlines, and platform requirements.

Failure to follow instructions may reduce a participant’s overall evaluation, even if the participant has earned a large number of tokens.

## 9. Maintain Professional Conduct

All participants must communicate respectfully and professionally.

The following behavior is prohibited:

* Harassment
* Bullying
* Discrimination
* Threats
* Offensive personal attacks
* Deliberate misinformation
* Spam
* Manipulation
* Fake engagement
* Inappropriate content
* Attempts to damage another participant’s performance

## 10. Do Not Manipulate the Competition

Participants may not artificially increase their activity, engagement, referrals, or token totals.

Prohibited conduct includes:

* Creating fake accounts
* Coordinating fake likes or comments
* Posting repetitive content only to earn tokens
* Using automated activity
* Copying another intern’s posts
* Misrepresenting referrals
* Asking others to create false engagement
* Exploiting platform errors

Any participant found manipulating the competition may lose points, have activity removed, or be disqualified.

# Judging Criteria

The winner will be selected based on a complete review of the following areas.

Judges will evaluate:

Judges will evaluate the intern’s ability to find and share valuable content that the triBBBal community may not have otherwise discovered.

Strong content discovery should introduce members to new:

* Ideas
* Artists
* Films
* Creators
* Businesses
* Opportunities
* Educational resources
* Cultural stories
* News and discussions

## 5. Member Invitations

Judges will consider:

* Number of members invited
* Quality of invited members
* Whether invited users complete their profiles
* Whether invited users become active
* Whether referrals contribute positively to the community

## 6. Platform Participation

Judges will review how effectively each intern uses the available triBBBal features and modules.

Participants who demonstrate a broader understanding of the platform may receive stronger consideration.

## 7. Total Tokens Earned

The total number of tokens earned during the competition will be reviewed at the end of the internship.

Tokens are an important performance indicator, but tokens alone will not determine the winner.

The competition winner will be selected based on overall quality, consistency, engagement, professionalism, creativity, community impact, and platform contribution.

## 8. Professionalism

Judges will consider:

* Ability to follow directions
* Communication
* Reliability
* Respect for other members
* Response to feedback
* Accountability
* Teamwork
* Initiative

## 9. Overall Community Impact

The final evaluation will consider the overall impact each intern made on the triBBBal platform.

This includes whether the participant helped make the platform more active, informative, creative, welcoming, and valuable.

# Final Review Process

At the conclusion of the internship, the triBBBal team will:

1. Tally the total tokens earned by each intern.
2. Review each intern’s complete profile.
3. Examine their posting history.
4. Evaluate the quality of their content.
5. Review comments, shares, likes, and engagement.
6. Confirm member invitations and referral activity.
7. Review participation across different platform modules.
8. Evaluate professionalism, consistency, and adherence to instructions.
9. Compare the overall contribution and community impact of each participant.
10. Select the most outstanding intern.

The final decision will be made by the triBBBal judging team and will be based on the participant’s complete performance throughout the internship.

# Disqualification

A participant may be disqualified for:

* Fake accounts or referrals
* Artificial engagement
* Plagiarism
* Posting stolen or prohibited content
* Harassment or abusive conduct
* Repeated violation of platform policies
* Deliberate misinformation
* Manipulation of tokens or competition activity
* Failure to follow major internship instructions
* Conduct that damages the triBBBal community or brand

# Important Notice

triBBBal reserves the right to review, remove, or exclude any activity that appears fraudulent, repetitive, inappropriate, misleading, or created only to manipulate the competition.

The judging team may consider both measurable platform activity and the overall quality of each participant’s contribution.
